  • How big is the Poke market?

    Poke is a relatively small market with tons of room for growth. Our mission is to become the market leader and best franchise opportunity in the segment, and we’ve brought on a very experienced team with extensive QSR franchising experience to further that mission.

  • Do I need restaurant experience?

    Previous restaurant experience is preferred but is not a requirement. In addition to a comprehensive training program and ongoing support, when you join Pokemoto, you get unparalleled marketing, franchising and operational support from seasoned professionals. A member of our team will also be on-site at your opening to offer guidance.

  • How many people does it take to run a Pokemoto?

    Typically 10 on staff with 2 to 3 on at all times depending on the volume produced by your store.  You will learn all about staffing during your in-store training sessions.

  • Does Pokemoto deliver?

    Yes, we have very favorable group rates with reputable third-party delivery systems like UberEats, Grubhub, and Doordash.

  • How do I select the site for my Pokemoto shop?

    We’ve arranged with a network of brokers who know our site criteria to assist you in exploring possible sites.  We will have the final approval on the site you propose, but ultimately, it’s your decision on whether to proceed with the site once we’ve approved it. 

  • What are the fees associated with owning a Pokemoto?

    Pokemoto franchisees pay an initial franchise fee of $25,000, a royalty of 6% of the shop’s gross sales, and a contribution to our Brand Development Fund of 1% of gross sales.  Consult our current Franchise Disclosure Document for more information.

    A typical Pokemoto shop is between 1000 and 2000 square feet.

  • Is financing available?

    We do not provide financing, but we are listed on the SBA’s Franchise Directory.

    Yes, Franchisees in the Pokemoto system pay a royalty equal to 6% of gross sales and a brand development fee of 1%. The fees entitle you to continued use of the Pokemoto name and trademarks, access to our operating systems, marketing support, new product development, ongoing business consulting and other benefits the come along with being a franchise owner in the Pokemoto organization such as discounted rates for third party delivery systems, products and tech solutions.

  • How much square footage do you need for a Pokemoto?

    We recommend spaces between 1,200 and 1,500 sq ft.

  • Does Pokemoto provide financing?

    Pokemoto is SBA approved.
